For example, when the display shows “Err channel PAN”, it means there is some error in the                

horizontal movement (PAN), controlchannel 1. If there are some errors on several channels at the              

same time, you may see the error messages flash two times, and then the fixture will generate a reset                  

signal, all the stepper motors will reset. If the error messages maintain after performing a reset more                

thantwice,onlythechannelswhichhaveerrorswillnotworkproperly,otherswillworkasusual.



The respective error message will appear after the reset of the fixture if the channels magneticindexing circuit                

malfunction (sensor failed or magnet missing) or the stepping motor is defective (or its driving IC on the main                  

PCB).Thechannelfeatureisnotlocatedinthedefaultpositionafterthereset.



The different error messages are:

● Pan

● Tilt

● Color Wheel

● Prism Rotation

● Rotating Gobo Wheel

● Focus



CLEANINGANDMAINTENANCE

Theoperatorneedstomakesurethatsafetyrelatedandmachinetechnicalinstallationsareinspectedbyan

expertaftereveryfouryearsinthecourseofanacceptancetest.



Theoperatorneedstomakesurethatsafetyrelatingandmachinetechnicalinstallationsareinspectedbya

skilledpersononceayear.



Thefollowingpointsmustbeconsideredduringtheinspection:

1) Allscrewsusedforinstallingthedevicesorpartsneedtobetightlyconnectedandnotcorroded.

2) Theremustnotbeanydeformationsonhousings,fixations,andinstallationspots(ceiling,suspension,

trussing).

3) Mechanicallymovingpartslikeaxlesmustnotshowanytracesofwearing(e.g.materialabradingor

damages)andmustnotrotateunbalanced.

4) Theelectricpowersupplycablesmustnotshowanydamages,materialfatigue(e.g.porouscables),or

sediments.Furtherinstructionsdependingontheinstallationspotandusageneedtobeadheredbyaskilled

installerandanysafetyproblemshavetoberemoved.



Werecommendafrequentcleaningofthedevice.Pleaseuseamoist,lintfreecloth.Neverusealcoholor

solvents!



Theobjectivelenswillrequireweeklycleaningasfog/smokemachinefluidtendstobuildupresidues,reducing

thelightoutputveryquickly.Thecoolingfansshouldbecleanedmonthly.



Theinteriorofthefixtureshouldbecleanedatleastannuallyusingavacuumcleaneroranairjet.
